The Housing Hub separated from the Summer Foundation on 1 July 2024 and is now its own entity with its own board.
We applaud the Housing Hub’s achievements and continue to be one of its greatest supporters.
The Housing Hub was launched in 2017 to support the development of the Specialist Disability Accommodation market.
It has transformed the way people with disability connect to accessible housing options, offering more opportunities for them to exercise choice and control over where they want to live, who they want to live with and how they want to be supported.
The Housing Hub will continue to focus on providing a range of services and resources to housing seekers and providers.
